GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers (“the Clients” or “the Client”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale (“the Products”) by the Seller on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr.
The Products available for sale on the website are as follows:
• Power management box for multimedia devices
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and dimensions, are presented on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr, which the Client is required to review before placing an order.
The selection and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Product offers are valid while they are visible on the website, subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.
These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr and take precedence over any other document.
The Client declares that they have read and accepted these T&Cs by checking the appropriate box before initiating the online ordering process on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Client.

The Products presented on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr are available for sale in the following territories:
• Europe
For orders placed outside mainland France, the Client is considered the importer of the Products.
For all Products shipped outside the European Union and overseas territories, prices will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice.
Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be required and are the sole responsibility of the Client.
ARTICLE 2 – Prices
The Products are provided at the applicable rates listed on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr at the time the order is recorded by the Seller.
Prices are expressed in Euros, both excluding and including VAT.
The prices include any applicable discounts offered by the Seller on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr.
These prices are firm and non-revisable during their validity period, but the Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time outside this period.
Prices do not include handling, shipping, transportation, and delivery costs, which are charged additionally under the conditions specified on the website and calculated before the order is placed.
The amount payable by the Client corresponds to the total purchase price, including these additional costs.
An invoice is issued by the Seller and provided to the Client upon delivery of the ordered Products.
ARTICLE 3 – Orders
The Client selects the Products they wish to order on the website https://triggerpourampli.fr according to the following process:
1. The user selects a product and adds it to the shopping cart.
2. They review the cart contents before proceeding to checkout as a guest or registered user.
3. They enter their shipping address, select a shipping method, and choose a secure payment option.
4. Once the order is validated, they receive a confirmation email with a summary and a tracking number if applicable.
5. The order is then processed, shipped, and delivered.
6. The Client can track their package and contact customer service in case of any issues (returns, exchanges, claims).
Product offers remain valid as long as they are displayed on the website, subject to stock availability.
The sale is only considered final once full payment has been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and report any errors immediately.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 4 – Payment Terms
The price is paid via secure payment using the following method:
• Credit card payment
The price must be paid in full by the Client at the time of order placement.
Payment data is encrypted and processed securely through an approved payment service provider.
Payments will only be considered final once the amounts due have been received by the Seller.
The Seller is not obliged to deliver the Products if full payment has not been made.
ARTICLE 5 – Delivery
The ordered Products will be delivered within Europe.
Deliveries take place within 2-5 days at the address provided by the Client during the order process.
Delivery occurs when the Client gains physical possession or control of the Product.
If the Products are not delivered within 3 days after the estimated delivery date, except in cases of force majeure or Client-related issues, the Client may request the cancellation of the sale in writing under the terms of Articles L 216-2, L 216-3, and L 241-4 of the French Consumer Code. The Client will be refunded within 14 days of contract termination.
The Client must check the condition of the delivered Products and report any issues within two weeks of delivery by email, including supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
ARTICLE 6 – Transfer of Ownership
The transfer of ownership of the Products occurs only after full payment has been received by the Seller.
ARTICLE 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Client has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date they receive the Products.
Returns must be made in their original condition (packaging, accessories, manuals) along with the purchase invoice. Products that are damaged, incomplete, or soiled will not be refunded.
Return costs are borne by the Client.
A refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Products.
ARTICLE 8 – Seller’s Liability – Warranties
Products come with:
• Legal warranty of conformity for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
• Legal warranty against hidden defects making the product unfit for its intended use
Claims must be made in writing (email or letter).
Non-compliant or defective Products will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at no charge.
ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data
The collection of personal data is necessary for processing orders and deliveries.
Collected data:
• Name, address, phone number, email
• Payment details
Personal data is processed only for contract execution and is stored securely for 5 years.
Clients have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer their data by contacting the Seller.
ARTICLE 10 – Intellectual Property
All content on https://triggerpourampli.fr is the exclusive property of the Seller and its partners and is protected under intellectual property laws.
ARTICLE 11 – Governing Law & Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of disputes, Clients should first contact customer service.
For legal action, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
